The Old Glory Run is a spectacular event to pay tribute to the men and women that have or are serving our country. The event is filled with fun activities for the entire family – 5K and 1K races, music and more!
KIDS CORNER
This event is for the entire family! Once again we will be offering the Rock Climbing Wall for kids and adults!
1K FUN RUN RACE and 5K RUN/WALK
The 1K Kids Fun Run is for children 12 and under, while the 5K is open to all ages. We encourage everyone at all levels of running and walking to participate. By simply participating you are showing that you support our troops, veterans and our freedom.

Awards
Awards ceremony will take place after the 1K Kids Fun Run – approximately 11:30 am.Finisher medals will be awarded to 1K participants that finish the race.
Register online now!! T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered participants. Those registering on race day may have a limited size selection. Mail in registration!
Fees: Postmarked on or before April 1, 2013 $10. Postmarked after April 1, 2013 $15

Join the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA for a family friendly, casual bike event, sponsored by Wells Fargo! There will be many activities for the whole family.

- 9:00 a.m. – Bike tune-ups, kids’ activities, helmet fittings, bike safety drills and more.
- 10:00 a.m. – Two-mile bike ride around Lake George.
- 10:30 a.m. – Five-mile and 10-mile bike rides
Snacks and refreshments will be provided!

Every time you or your family participates in a Bernick’s Family Fitness Series event, you are entered into a drawing. Just before the 5K event at the HealthPartners Wishbone Walk/Run on Thanksgiving Day 2013, we will draw for the grand prizes of a one-week family vacation to Chase’s Ethel Beach Resort, Scheel’s gift cards and a one-year Y membership!
You must be present at the 2013 HealthPartners Wishbone Walk/Run to win these prizes.

The Rock n’ Run Family Event will be held at the Morrison County
FAIRGROUNDS in Little Falls, MN from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Join the Healthy Communities Collaborative (HCC) for a great event filled with race events, kids’ activities including a Bike Rodeo, great food, LIVE MUSIC a silent auction and more! This is an evening of fun for the entire family!
Register to participate in the Kids’ 1K race or the 5K & 10K races – all with prizes awarded.
Race start time: 6:00pm (kids 1K); 6:30pm (5K &10K). Awards presented at 7:45pm on stage.

After walking and running seven times across America (which is four more than Tom Hanks’ character did in the Hollywood movie, Forrest Gump), Robert Sweetgall will be visiting St. Cloud to speak on the subjects he knows best – walking, physical activity and the motivation to move.
The St. Cloud agenda for May 16th is action-packed, starting with a worksite wellness workshop for business owners and managers, followed by a video-taping session with the local cable channel and a luncheon workshop for health care providers. The afternoon will include a longevity and aging workshop for area seniors, followed by a student health and fitness clinic for the Boys & Girls Club. Finally, Robert will present a two-part clinic and seminar focusing on Nordic Walking techniques and the motivation to move. Session times and locations are as follows:
