BLEND (Better Living: Exercise & Nutrition Daily) continues to work collaboratively to identify and implement innovative approaches that make the healthy choice the easy choice. Recently, BLEND, Sartell – St. Stephen Schools and Coborn’s Inc. partnered on NuVal® in Schools. The NuVal® Nutritional Scoring System assists students in choosing healthier options. The video, created by NuVal®, was shared at a recent Topco shareholders (retailers) annual meeting. Coborn’s presented the video to demonstrate how NuVal® was being executed throughout the Central MN community and how effective partnerships can promote and influence healthier eating. This project was supported by the CentraCare Health Foundation, Medica® Foundation, and Coborn’s Inc.
